1:1 coaching

One-on-one coaching services include weekly virtual check-ins with a UESCA certified running coach, a personalized and adaptive training plan, access to comprehensive running newsletters, and unlimited real-time feedback and direct support throughout the process. Training plans are highly personalized and tailored to meet you where you’re at. This is ideal for runners who want close communication with their coach to stay accountable, brainstorm ideas, and achieve goals. Since every runner is unique, every plan is uniquely designed to fit your ability and goals!

training plans

Not ready to commit to a full coaching program? No problem! Choose a training plan for athletes who need structure or guidance with workouts, but don’t want the full program. With 5k, half marathon, and marathon distance options, these plans are built to help you cross that finish line.

Plan options:

  • $25 for 5k training plan

  • $50 for half marathon training plan

  • $75 for marathon training plans

  • Absolutely! This is an inclusive space open to runners of ALL levels, speeds, body types, background, and goals.

    2. You will be emailed the contract, waiver, and athlete profile forms to get to know your goals.

    3. Schedule your first meeting where we will go over your training plan and next steps!

  • Scheduled weekly video check-ins to review progress and availability via text and phone when needed - depending on athlete preference!

  • Training is meant to fit into your life, not the other way around! Even with personalized training plans that fit your schedule, it still can a big time commitment! When life happens, you can email sbsrunningcoaching@gmail.com to pause or cancel your plan.
